Contact Center Agents (f/m/d)

We are always available to help and advise our guests - work in the office or from home in Spain!

Your tasks

  • Supporting our German-speaking guests worldwide by telephone and email
  • Assistance with problems with the airline, transfer or hotel
  • Processing of rebooking requests (e.g. flight rebookings, hotel changes)
  • Close cooperation with our colleagues*inside Germany, Austria, Switzerland and in the target areas

Your profile

  • You speak German fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy virtual contact with people.
  • You have a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
  • You are interested in continuous development in a department with growth potential.
  • You have a quick comprehension and are experienced in using MS Office applications.
  • You are willing to work shifts (including weekend and night shifts).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in tourism and in dealing with telecommunications systems (an advantage).
