For the “Contact Center in Destination” area we are looking in Spain (home office)
Contact Center Agents (f/m/d)
We are always available to help and advise our guests - work in the office or from home in Spain!
Your tasks
- Supporting our German-speaking guests worldwide by telephone and email
- Assistance with problems with the airline, transfer or hotel
- Processing of rebooking requests (e.g. flight rebookings, hotel changes)
- Close cooperation with our colleagues*inside Germany, Austria, Switzerland and in the target areas
Your profile
- You speak German fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy virtual contact with people.
- You have a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
- You are interested in continuous development in a department with growth potential.
- You have a quick comprehension and are experienced in using MS Office applications.
- You are willing to work shifts (including weekend and night shifts).
- Ideally, you already have experience in tourism and in dealing with telecommunications systems (an advantage).

- As a rule, work is carried out in the home office (night shifts are generally carried out in the home office)
