Tour guide (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Welcome our guests personally at the airport in your holiday destination and help ensure that the holiday starts with a positive experience.
  • As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure personal support in the hotel and/or virtually via telephone/email. This ensures that our guests always feel well looked after.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally, including flight and hotel rebookings, complaints and individual customer requests. Your goal is for your vacation to run smoothly.
  • Offer support in emergencies, illness and crisis situations. Provide useful information to always ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Use your sales skills by arranging excursions and rental cars. This allows our guests to have a comprehensive experience of their travel destination.

  • Help our guests travel home safely to ensure a positive conclusion to their holiday experience.

Your profile

  • You are cosmopolitan and interested in all countries/cultures of the world.
  • Enjoyment of dealing with people (in person and/or virtually) as well as excellent communication skills are your strengths.
  • You speak German fluently and have a good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of French or another language would be an advantage.
  • You skillfully use your very good organizational skills and assertiveness.
  • As a true team player, you are characterized by exceptional flexibility, even when changing destinations at short notice. Resilience and independent work are a given for you.
  • Shift work and/or work on Sundays and public holidays are not a challenge for you, but rather an opportunity to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday experience.
  • You are an EU or Swiss citizen with a valid ID card or passport and have an internationally valid car driving license for automatic and gearshift (mandatory, as well as good driving experience).
