Even the best vacation comes to an end and we would like to give you a few tips about your return journey.
The transfer organization from/to the airport is the responsibility of your booked resort. You will find out the pick-up time for your return flight the evening before your departure at reception or by sending a letter to your room.
If the flight details provided by the hotel do not match those in your travel documents, please contact us immediately.
Online check-in
Not all airlines offer this service, but some airlines even require it. You do the online check-in yourself. Please note that even after checking in online, you still have to go to your airline's counter to collect your boarding pass.
Online exit form
The online departure form “IMUGA” must be completed within 96 hours before your planned return flight. You will then receive a QR code that you need to leave the country.

Have you packed and done everything? Here is a small checklist:
- Have you picked up your ID card at the reception?
- Safe deregistered and emptied?
- Car and front door keys?
- Extras (telephone etc.) paid for at the reception?
Once you have received your boarding passes at the airport, there is usually still time to have something to drink or eat. There is also a duty-free area waiting for you, which invites you to browse. You also have the opportunity to buy duty-free goods such as cigarettes and alcohol cheaply on the plane. Although the airport is very manageable, please allow enough time for passport and security checks and make sure to arrive in the waiting area for your flight on time. Boarding time and gate are noted on your boarding pass.
