Visiting the cactus farm is always a real experience. New on Fuerteventura is the show by Leo, the manufacturer of the healthy cactus juice. Here you will be shown how to harvest the dangerous cactus fruits. Fruit juices, mojo sauces and jams are culinary delights made in-house by the farmer Leo. The fruit is unique in taste, rich in vitamins and antioxidants and its color is a mixture of red, purple and crimson.
You will learn how to keep the plant, harvest the fruit and what the nopal cactus is all about.
Your second stop is all about the healthy olive oil. At Finca La Gayria you can learn more about the production of organic olive oil and its cultivation on the farm. A professional tasting of the in-house extra virgin olive oil awaits you.
Lorenzo's goat farm in Juan Gopar has opened its doors for you. A family business that has been dedicated to the goat for generations.
