Service Center Agents (F/M/D)

We are available to help and advise our guests - work in a great team in the heart of the sunny island of Mallorca!

Your tasks

Support our German-speaking guests on Mallorca and Menorca by telephone and email and ensure a friendly and professional service experience.
Support us with challenges with airlines, transfers or hotels, for example, and help us provide quick and efficient solutions to ensure that our guests always feel well looked after.
From flight changes to hotel changes, handle all concerns with care to ensure our guests can easily adjust their travel plans when necessary.
Work closely with our colleagues in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and our local tour guide team to ensure smooth guest service and continually improve our service quality.

Your profile

You have a talent for communication and virtual contact with people as well as excellent communication skills are your strengths.
You speak German fluently and have a good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
You are characterized by your high level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
You are interested in continuous development in a department with great growth potential.
With your quick comprehension and your in-depth knowledge of using MS Office, you will contribute to our team's success.
Shift work and weekend work are not a challenge for you, but rather an opportunity to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday experience.
Ideally, you already have experience in tourism and/or in dealing with telecommunications systems.
