At the airport
After arriving at the airport, please think about your luggage and hand luggage when you get off the transfer bus or taxi.
You can find the number of the check-in counter for your flight on the monitors in the departure lounge. Have your ticket and passport handy, ideally in your hand luggage.
At the check-in counter, you will receive your boarding pass on presentation of your identity card or passport. Your luggage will be weighed and given a luggage band.
The departure gates are located on the upper floor of the departure hall. Go through security to the gate listed on your boarding pass.
Duty-free items are packed in a sealed bag at the checkout, which please do not open before leaving the destination airport. Items purchased at the airport may only be taken on board when they are packaged in this way and proof of purchase must be available on the same day.
Please note the airline's regulations for baggage transport. The airlines charge excess baggage at the airport. According to international regulations, pointed objects and liquids may not be stowed in hand luggage. See also the “Hand luggage” page.
