The popular ray bay in the north of Mallorca
Cala Ratjada
The scenic backdrop - two beautiful sandy bays and the surrounding green hills -, the picturesque fishing port and the pretty promenade are just a few of the many attractions of the lively town of Cala Ratjada. Despite its great popularity, it has not lost its romantic flair. Entertainment and fun are offered at all times: during the day on the beaches of Son Moll and Cala Guya and in the evening in the bodegas, the nice pubs and the hip discos of the place. For tennis fans there is the tennis center La Pineda. The two 18-hole golf courses in Capdepera (about eight kilometers away) and in Canyamel (about 10 kilometers away) offer sporting variety. There is also a riding stable. It is about 80 km to Palma. There is a good bus connection.

The resort of Canyamel is around 10 km from lively Cala Ratjada. The beautiful bay, framed by pine forests, with a sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea, offers ideal bathing fun for the whole family. The proximity to the 18-hole golf course of the same name and to the large tennis facility reflects the rather sporty character of the place.
Font of Sa Cala
A rugged coastal landscape with densely wooded hills and secluded bays surrounds this holiday resort. The largest bay, Cala Provencalas, which has a wonderful, gently sloping sandy beach, is located below the Espadon apartment complex. In the summer months there is a sun lounger and parasol rental. In the summer months there is a regular bus and mini-train connection to the town of Cala Ratjada, which is eight kilometers away. Font de Sa Cala is a delightful place to relax for the whole family.
