The second largest village on the island is located near the airport in the middle of the island on a plateau.
The main attraction of the village is the only operational windmill on the island, which is a popular photo opportunity. Directly opposite is the “Traditional House”, a small folklore museum that gives an insight into the life of a Greek farming family.
